QuarkXPress 8 & 9 were supported on this OS. Using OS X Lion (10.7)? QuarkXPress 9 & 10 (up to 10.2.1) were supported on this OS. Using OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)? QuarkXPress 9, 10 & QuarkXPress 2015 are/were supported on this OS. Using OS X Mavericks (10.9)? QuarkXPress 9, 10, 2015 & QuarkXPress 2016 are/were supported on this OS. • Using OS X Tiger (10.4)? QuarkXPress 7 & 8 were supported on this OS.
• Using OS X Leopard (10.5)? QuarkXPress 7, 8 & 9 (up to 9.5.3.1) were supported on this OS.
• Using OS X Snow Leopard (10.6)? QuarkXPress 8 & 9 were supported on this OS.
• Using OS X Lion (10.7)? QuarkXPress 9 & 10 (up to 10.2.1) were supported on this OS.
• Using OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)? QuarkXPress 9, 10 & QuarkXPress 2015 are/were supported on this OS.
• Using OS X Mavericks (10.9)? QuarkXPress 9, 10, 2015 & QuarkXPress 2016 are/were supported on this OS.

• Planning to use macOS Catalina (10.15)? QuarkXPress 2019 will be supported on this version of macOS, most likely four weeks after Catalina's official release.

NB: Though QX2015 is not officially supported on High Sierra, QX2015 seems to run well on High Sierra with one minor cosmetic issues: Some controls are not shown in Save/Export dialogs. They will appear when you click somewhere (e.g. Desktop shortcut in sidebar).
Windows (32 bit)

• Using Windows XP (32 bit)? QuarkXPress 7, 8 & 9 were supported on this OS.
• Using Windows Vista (32 bit)? QuarkXPress 7, 8 & 9 were supported on this OS.
• Using Windows 7 (32 bit)? QuarkXPress 8, 9 & QuarkXPress 10 were supported on this OS.
• Using Windows 8.0 (32 bit)? QuarkXPress 9 & QuarkXPress 10 were supported on this OS.
• Using Windows 8.1 (32 bit)? QuarkXPress 10 was supported on this OS.
• Using Windows 10 (32 bit)? We will not certify any version of QuarkXPress for the 32-bit version of Windows 10 (or higher). Please use the 64-bit flavor of Windows 10 instead.

Quark does not support 32-bit flavors of Windows anymore, please consider upgrading to the 64-bit flavor of Windows instead.

And – as written in the other post – 'not supported' does not necessarily mean 'won't work'. It just means that Quark didn't test this combination and will also not help you to make this run, it is up to you. If you need technical support by Quark, please use a supported combination, which has not reached end-of-life.
